Once you book a strategy call and we agree to move forward, onboarding typically takes 3–5 business days. We can have your first emails sending within 2 weeks from the start of setup — faster than almost any other outbound channel.

Never. We always set up secondary domains that redirect to your main domain. Your primary domain's reputation stays completely safe. We use proven email infrastructure including proper warmup, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration so your emails land in the primary inbox — not spam.

It means exactly what it says. If we don't hit the target of 15+ qualified calls in a given month, you don't pay us for that month. We believe in earning our fee every single month. That's the only way we know how to operate.

A qualified call is a booked meeting with a prospect who matches your ICP — the right title, company size, industry, and location. We don't count no-shows, referrals, or prospects who are clearly a bad fit. We define 'qualified' together during onboarding so we're always aligned.

Absolutely. We send you every email sequence and lead list for review and approval before launching. You'll never see a message go out that you haven't signed off on. Transparency is core to how we work.

After 90 days we do a full performance review together — what's working, what we've learned, and where we're scaling. If you're happy with results, we continue on a rolling monthly basis with no long-term lock-in. You can pause or cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
